By accessing and using genwin.dev and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Genwin provides software development, mobile app development, AI automation, social media management, and LinkedIn lead generation services. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual project proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Typically, we require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may apply. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code and designs transfer to the client. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business strategies, or sensitive data to third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
Revision rounds are included as specified in your project plan. Significant scope changes may require a revised proposal with updated pricing and timeline.
7. Limitation of Liability
Genwin's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
